Enhance your entrance with a quality Superior Step by Precast Systems, LLC. Steel reinforced concrete for strength and durability, Superior Steps offer broom finished treads with beveled edges which provide an attractive non-skid surface. Available in our yard in multiple widths with various landing sizes, our steps can also be delivered and installed by our skilled personnel.
Features:
- Straight Sides for Multiple Layout Patterns.
- Units can be placed side by side for installations wider than 6'.
- All units have 7" risers with 12" treads. The top (landing) tread can either be 14", 36" or 48".
Superior Steps are available in 4, 5, 6, and 7 ft. widths in the following combinations:
2 riser 14", 36", and 48" landing
3 riser 14", 36", and 48" landing
4 riser 14", 36", and 48" landing
5 riser 14", 36", and 48" landing
6 riser 14", 36", and 48" landing
7 riser 14", 36", and 48" landing
Proper base preparation is necessary prior to installation. A concrete footer or slab is recommended.
